UK Standard: Estimated delivery time is from your dispatch date, not from order date. We pack & dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, this is usually between 1-2 working days but please bare in mind that this is not guaranteed & during busy periods dispatch times can be 3-5 working days. Once dispatched your delivery will be 48 hours.
DPD Next Day Delivery: Your order will be shipped on a next-day service if you order before 2pm. Any orders after this time will be dispatched the following working day. If you order after 2PM on Thursday this will be dispatched on Friday for Monday delivery. DPD Next Day Saturday: If ordered before 2pm on a Friday you order will be delivered the next day (Saturday)
If your order is returned to us (for any reason) the original shipping cost and cost of the return shipping as well as up to a 10% processing fee will be deducted from your refund. We can not return a returned product to you, we can only process a refund.
International Shipping:
All orders are shipped out via a fully tracked service, you will receive a email/SMS. It is your responsibility to check your tracking status.
You are responsible for putting the correct delivery address on your order. Once your order has been placed we are unable to process cancellations, or make any amendments to your order. We will do our best to fulfil address changes - if we see your email before your shipping label has been processed.
Duties & Taxes
When ordering from our website you may be liable to pay any import duties and customs taxes on orders outside of the UK. The charges are typically raised once the parcel has reached its destination country and it is the customers responsibility to pay them. These charges are not set by Eazi Lash Ltd and we have no control over them. The charges must be paid in order to receive your goods. For further information on duties and taxes please contact your local customs office.
Refusing to pay these charges will result in your order being returned to us. Additionally, the original shipping cost and cost of the return shipping as well as up to a 10% processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
Currency Conversion
By default, all prices on our website are GBP (£). You may choose to change the currency on our website using our currency selector which uses the latest exchange rates available. In some cases, your bank may determine the exchange rate instead. You can use an online converter to check the daily exchange rate to give you an estimation of the cost.
Delayed Shipping
Whilst Eazi lash Ltd make every effort to adhere to the product delivery times outlined in our Shipping Policy, we have no control over any delays that may arise after your package is with the carrier. Although they are uncommon, delays can occasionally happen. This can be the result of bad weather, vehicle breakdown, or other uncontrollable circumstances like the recent strikes ! We cannot be held responsible for any delays with your package, hence we are unable to provide any reimbursements for incurred shipping charges.
