Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our products and for sanitary considerations, we DO NOT provide refunds or exchanges on any items simply due to products being unwanted or a change of mind.
We will, of course, exchange or reimburse you if you receive a product that is defective or damaged. If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must let us know within 7 days and return it unworn and unused. After this time, any problems reported cannot be fixed. Please make sure the item/s are in perfect condition when you receive your order, and if there is a problem such as damaged, missing or wrong products, we would be pleased to make any necessary corrections. You can contact us by using the forms found on our website, this MUST be done within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please be aware that because our eyelashes are individually handcrafted, there may be very little variations among them. Be aware that this is not a mistake but rather a result of our employees' unique lash placement of each individual hair.
Refunds and replacements are looked at on a case-by-case basis by the Eazi Lash team.
Please Note: We are unable to execute cancellations, address changes, or other modifications to your order after it has been submitted, please double-check your order and details before confirming.
